About the Operation We are in an expansive period and need to strengthen our organization with a space planner at Regionfastigheter in Dalarna. Regionfastigheter manages Region Dalarna's combined property operations, with our mission to provide facilities and services to the region's operations based on sustainable societal development. We manage approximately 450,000 square meters of space and lease an additional 120,000 square meters externally. Our largest facilities are our hospitals, but we also manage folk high schools, health centers, and public transit properties. We develop facilities and properties for new and existing tenants through both renovations and new construction. We now need to strengthen our organization with additional staff as we are in an expansive phase. Job Responsibilities As a space planner with us, you will participate in our construction projects, particularly in the early stages. You will collaborate with our project managers, architects, technical consultants, and contractors, as well as with our tenants—the operations themselves. You will lead working groups with representatives from the operations and together develop materials for our design teams. You will identify and document functional and operational requirements for the spaces and work as part of a team of space planners and project managers. You will also work strategically on issues related to standards and the early phases of the building process. Our organization includes competent and well-coordinated facilities managers, project managers, space planners, technical specialists, and administrative support. We also collaborate with colleagues from other regions through several networks we are engaged with. The role involves contact with many different operations and employees within Region Dalarna. Qualifications Requirements: University degree in healthcare, architecture, or another relevant field Ability to express yourself well orally and in writing Driver's license (as projects will be located throughout the region) Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who works independently and collaboratively, participating actively and driving our projects forward. You are outgoing, calm, methodical, thorough, and analytical, with high motivation and stress resilience. You listen well and are a skilled negotiator when different needs and requirements are in tension. You build good relationships easily and are responsive and solution-oriented. You also have the ability to structure and plan your own work.
