About the Role As a Logistics Project Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that materials, tools, and instruments are in place at the right time for planned and unplanned maintenance, repairs, and service operations. The role is crucial for creating an efficient and quality-assured supply chain where short lead times, flexibility, and high delivery accuracy are essential. You work closely with project managers, procurement, workshop, warehouse, packing, and shipping, while maintaining ongoing contact with customers and international partners. Through careful planning, monitoring, and analysis, you contribute to ensuring high delivery reliability and drive continuous improvement within the operation. Common work tasks: Manage material supply and delivery monitoring for service, maintenance, and repair projects. Coordinate and follow up on deliveries together with internal functions and external parties. Report delivery status to project managers and maintain dialogue with customers and regional offices. Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions to ensure on-time deliveries. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and has a natural drive to create order and progress. You thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points and find it easy to collaborate across department boundaries. As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and motivated by working toward continuous improvements in an operation where conditions sometimes change quickly. Requirements for the Position: Experience from work in supply chain, logistics, or material planning, or relevant post-secondary education in the field. Good experience working in a coordinating role with multiple internal and external contact points. Good administrative skills and experience planning, following up on, and prioritizing activities. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and experience with business systems and logistics-related processes. Meriting factors include experience working in service operations, project organizations, or international environments. Knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
