Buyersclub.se is a growing e-commerce player with ambitious goals in the Nordic market. We are now strengthening our warehouse team in Västerås and are looking for a logistics warehouse associate who wants to contribute to our continued growth.
Role Description
As a logistics warehouse associate, you will be an important part of our daily warehouse and logistics operations. This is a full-time position working on-site at our newly built warehouse facility in Hacksta, just outside Västerås.
In this role, you will help ensure that the flow of goods runs efficiently, safely, and in an organized manner throughout the entire warehouse process.
Your responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming goods, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The role also includes updating inventory balances in internal systems, handling shipping documents, coordinating with transport providers, and resolving minor discrepancies related to deliveries or inventory, as well as general warehouse duties.
The position is initially offered as hourly employment with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.
Qualifications
Meticulousness and a structured approach to work with a focus on quality.
Ability to independently prioritize tasks and work efficiently even during busy periods.
Good teamwork skills and clear communication with colleagues.
Basic familiarity with digital work tools, such as warehouse management systems, inventory systems, or handheld scanners.
Understanding of safe work practices, ergonomics, and workplace safety procedures.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
