Logistics Coordinator in Stockholm

About the Role As a logistics coordinator, you will work with varied administrative tasks within delivery and logistics. You will put significant focus on the logistics process and serve as the link between external logistics partners, warehouse, customers, and internal departments. The position combines operational responsibility in daily work with active participation in developing and improving processes and working methods. Examples of responsibilities: Ensure the company's logistics flow to customers. Be the primary contact person for all logistics-related inquiries. Drive improvement initiatives and participate in various development projects. Manage and follow up on complaints and returns. Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience with similar tasks in warehouse, logistics, and administration. You have a good understanding of logistics and delivery flows. You have experience with customs, freight, import, and export. You should also be an experienced user of various business systems, and it is a requirement that you have worked with SAP. It is also a requirement that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Who Are You?
