About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking a logistics coordinator on behalf of X Shore. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at X Shore for six months. The intention is that you could eventually become directly employed by X Shore, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. About the Role As a logistics coordinator at X Shore, you will be an important part of the operation and ensure an efficient material flow to production. You will work closely with operational activities including kit assembly, material supply, and planning based on production needs. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to structure, work processes, and improvements, and help shape how future logistics flows and organization can develop. For the right person, there are good opportunities to gradually take on greater responsibility and develop toward more strategic tasks. Your main responsibilities: - Assemble, check, and deliver materials to assembly. - Plan and monitor material flows and handle changing needs and any discrepancies. - Administer and monitor material flows in Excel and prepare relevant reports and key metrics. - Coordinate transports and contact freight forwarders when needed. - Contribute to developing and structuring work processes, routines, and procedures within logistics. - Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas regarding future logistics flows and organization. - Ensure material supply to production based on current and upcoming needs together with the operational procurement officer. We are Looking for You We are looking for someone with previous experience in logistics, material handling, warehouse management, or similar operational activities. Experience from manufacturing industry is particularly relevant, as you are accustomed to an environment where needs can change quickly and where material shortages and deliveries need to be managed continuously. You have good skills in Excel and feel comfortable understanding and working systematically in existing tracking files. You will receive support in learning the work process, but it is important that you have a good basic understanding and are self-sufficient in daily work. We would appreciate if you are also curious about contributing to how tracking and structure can develop over time. Since the role involves many contact points, both internally and internationally, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Merits: - Experience with kit assembly and sequence deliveries to assembly lines. - Experience with WMS, barcode handling, or scanning solutions. - Experience with business systems/ERP (e.g., Monitor, Jeeves, SAP, IFS, Dynamics) - Knowledge of incoming transports, customs, and freight documentation. - Forklift experience or other certification for internal material handling. - Experience developing or improving logistics processes. - Forklift certification (A + B), preferably with authorization for counterbalance forklift and straddle carrier.
