Do you want to lead and develop the logistics function in an expanding industrial operation? Hitachi Energy is now seeking a business-driven logistics manager who wants to take responsibility for developing efficient, sustainable, and scalable logistics flows in an international environment. Here you'll combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility and play a crucial role in the company's continued growth journey. About the Role As Logistics Manager, you have overall responsibility for the logistics flow from suppliers and external warehouses to internal material supply and delivery. You lead a team of approximately ten employees and collaborate with multiple internal functions and external logistics partners in an operation that is experiencing strong growth. The role is both strategic and operational. While you ensure stable daily operations, a significant part of your focus will be on developing the organization, streamlining flows, and creating a logistics function that is prepared for continued expansion. You will, among other things: - Lead and develop the logistics organization through present and coaching leadership. - Drive change and improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and scalability. - Develop collaboration with our 3PL partners and ensure efficient material flows. - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks through data-driven improvement work. - Work actively with Lean, KPIs, and continuous improvements. - Ensure high delivery precision and cost-effectiveness throughout the supply chain. - Contribute to the operation's long-term development through strategic initiatives and clear change leadership. What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced and confident leader with a documented ability to develop logistics operations undergoing change. With a strong business drive and focus on continuous improvements, you translate strategy into concrete results. Your leadership is characterized by clarity, engagement, and good communication. You thrive in a dynamic environment where long-term development work is combined with close collaboration with the operation. We believe you have: - Relevant academic education - At least ten years of experience in a leading role within logistics or Supply Chain. - Documented experience leading major change and development projects. - Experience with Lean and a structured approach to continuous improvements. - Good understanding of complex logistics and production flows. - Experience with 3PL.
