We invite you to join our team as a LOGISTICS SPECIALIST! Job Responsibilities Organize, plan, and coordinate transport and logistics processes for the waste management department. Maintain and regularly update the route database, making changes to existing routes according to service delivery conditions. Develop and plan new routes, taking into account changes in service volume, new service delivery addresses, and territorial coverage. Ensure waste container logistics planning, installation, and process information related to changes in container quantity, volume, or placement in the database. Analyze route and transport operation data (mileage, time consumption, fuel consumption), preparing suggestions for improving service efficiency. Collaborate with other departments on matters concerning route and service delivery planning. Perform other work tasks related to ensuring logistics processes. Requirements Desired: Higher education in logistics, transport management, or a related field. Practical experience in logistics, route planning, or waste management sector, and experience working with route planning software (ATAPS, MAPPOST, or similar) and/or geographic information systems (GIS) tools. Category B driver's license. Advanced computer skills for working with MS Excel. Ability to work with large volumes of information, precision, good collaboration skills, and analytical thinking.
