Logistics Administrator for DFDS Logistics Contracts in Arendal

About the position We are looking for you to work with logistics administration and logistics planning at DFDS. The position may involve varying tasks related to terminal logistics. Examples of work tasks may include transport administration, investigation of deviations, preparation of load lists, and planning of shipments. You will work full-time and the work is distributed across both daytime and evening shifts, so your availability is crucial to meet the terminal's needs. Working hours are varied across weekdays, day/evening between 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00. The workplace is located at DFDS Logistics Contracts in Arendal. About you You have relevant education or experience in logistics. You are comfortable with administrative tasks and have good computer skills. You are thorough and solution-oriented. You have a knack for planning and following up work in a structured manner. You are comfortable maintaining close dialogue with both customers and colleagues. You are initiative-taking, decisive, and ensure that activities are carried out and completed. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. This position is a fixed-term employment and is planned to run through the end of the year. Ambulatory Consultant: You are employed by DFDS Professionals but work at our customers' locations. Being an ambulatory consultant means you are hired by DFDS Professionals to perform work at customer companies, and your workplace, working hours, and work tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
