About the Position As a Logistics and Resource Coordinator, you have a central role in ensuring sustainable and efficient staffing in home care services. You work systematically with scheduling, resource planning, and follow-up, and contribute to developing work methods that create stability in the operation. The role involves a high pace and many parallel planning tasks where your ability to create structure, prioritize, and think long-term is crucial. The role is a new position in the organization and you will be an important part of building and developing structures and work methods within planning, logistics, and resource optimization. You'll have the opportunity to influence how planning work should be organized and contribute to creating a long-term sustainable and efficient operation. You become an important function in creating order and clarity in planning and in developing more efficient work methods over time. You work closely with the other Logistics and Resource Coordinator, team leaders, and operations manager, and have a holistic perspective on how staffing, quality, and economy are interconnected. Some of your main duties will be: Plan and optimize staffing based on the operation's needs, competencies, and resources Ensure efficient and sustainable scheduling over time Follow up on staffing, absences, and resource utilization based on quality, needs, and economy Develop and improve routines, work methods, and system support within planning Collaborate with managers and educate and support colleagues on matters related to planning and staffing economics The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. About You To succeed with this job, we see that you have: High school education with a theoretical focus on economics, administration, or organization. It's a merit if you have post-secondary education in, for example, logistics or economics. Several years of experience with scheduling, staffing planning, or resource planning in an operation with many employees or complex processes Good system skills and experience working with planning or scheduling systems Good analytical skills and experience working with follow-up and planning based on data Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a strong merit if you have experience and understanding of home care services As a person, you work systematically and have a strong ability to plan and prioritize even when circumstances change or when multiple needs compete for the same resources. You analyze situations and find practical solutions. You have a business-minded approach and understand how staffing, quality, and economy are interconnected over time. You communicate clearly and collaborate closely with managers and colleagues to create stable and sustainable planning.
