Logistics and Materials Coordinator at Nord Armering AB Nord Armering AB is now seeking a logistics and materials coordinator for our operations in northern Sweden, Luleå. This role is central to ensuring smooth practical workflows in daily operations and is suited for someone who is solution-oriented, responsible, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for materials, inventory, and practical logistics related to personnel and transportation. Duties Manage inventory such as work clothes, tools, and consumables Ensure order and control over warehouse, distribution, and follow-up Plan and coordinate logistics related to materials and equipment Book and coordinate transfers to and from the airport in collaboration with an external bus service Handle practical transportation as needed, for example, driving to and from the airport Maintain contact with personnel, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure smooth operations Provide practical support in daily work related to project establishment and operations About You You are structured, responsible, and practically oriented You have experience with logistics, warehouse management, transportation planning, or materials handling You are solution-oriented and comfortable working independently You have basic knowledge of English or Swedish You speak Polish, Russian, or Ukrainian You have a valid Class B driving license Experience from construction, industry, or project-based work is a merit. Location The position is based in Luleå. Physical presence is required. Project starts in August with workplace in Luleå!
