Visit Secor's website here: www.secor.se About the Role As a Logistics and Customer Coordinator, you will be fully responsible for Secor's warehouse operations and become an important link between customers, sales representatives, installers, and suppliers. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy combining logistics, technical advice, and customer service in a varied daily routine. You are responsible for ensuring the pick warehouse operates efficiently and in an organized manner, from maintaining proper warehouse flows and materials to planning deliveries and coordinating transportation. At the same time, you are the person customers meet when they visit the warehouse. With your product knowledge, you help them find the right solution, answer questions, and ensure they leave with the correct products for their project. The role also involves close collaboration with the sales department and installation management. Through your understanding of both the products and the business, you become an important specialist who ensures that the right doors and materials are in place when installations are to be carried out. Beyond daily operations, you will have significant opportunities to develop the warehouse operations. More specifically, the position includes: - Responsibility for daily operations and development of the pick warehouse - Planning warehouse flows and ensuring the right products and materials are available - Managing purchases of consumables and warehouse items - Coordinating transportation with Daloc, freight forwarders, and customers - Providing technical advice on Secor's door range and helping customers find the right solution - Configuring doors and registering orders in the Navision business system - Preparing quotations and handling incoming customer inquiries - Working closely with sales representatives, installation managers, and installers - Contributing improvement suggestions regarding warehouse structure, logistics, and working methods - When needed, operating forklifts and managing incoming and outgoing deliveries About You We are looking for someone who thrives with responsibility and is motivated by creating order, structure, and efficient working methods. You seek a varied role where one moment you are planning warehouse and material flows for upcoming installations and the next moment you are helping a customer choose the right door solution or coordinating a delivery. You are curious and technically interested and enjoy learning about products and systems. At the same time, you are social and service-oriented and have an easy way of building trust with both customers and colleagues. As a person, you take initiative and see improvement opportunities in the business. You don't settle for maintaining existing working methods but want to develop and improve them. Since the role involves many contact points, you also need to be flexible and able to reprioritize when the business requires it.
