JOB DUTIES: • Manages customer communication in the logistics field • Manages and regularly reviews logistics requirements on customer portals • Records and reviews customer call-offs - enters call-off forecasts into internal systems • Receives and records customer orders, their requests, communicates with production manager about delivery schedules • Forwards information about complaints and customer concerns to the responsible person • Communicates with production, shipping, and sales departments • Prepares documentation for prototype part shipping and invoicing • Tracks and records special shipments and on-time deliveries • Arranges transportation orders • Communicates with carriers, informs customers about shipments • Prepares delivery notes and all logistics documents with subsequent invoicing (labels, CMR, etc.) • Works with customs documents for exports outside the EU • Monitors packaging requirements and places packaging orders • Prepares and manages logistics concepts and packing instructions WE OFFER: Interesting work at a traditional Czech company.
