Ljungenhjälpen is a family-owned service company based in Ljunghusen. Since 2016, we have helped private individuals, road and housing associations with everything from ongoing garden maintenance to pruning, planting, and developing outdoor environments. We also work with exterior cleaning, property maintenance, and house inspections. We're growing rapidly and are looking for 2-3 landscape gardeners. Above all, we're looking for someone who is exceptionally social, driven, and willing to work hard. About the Role This is a broad role where you work practically as a landscape gardener with garden maintenance, installation, and upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces. You'll have access to your own company vehicle and work in a team on projects for both private and business clients. You will, among other things: Ongoing maintenance of green spaces for private and business clients Hedge trimming & pruning of trees and shrubs Garden installation Fruit tree pruning Grass cutting and edging Spring and fall cleaning And... serious clearing – fixing neglected gardens! We're looking for someone who likes taking responsibility, solving problems, and building something. Who Are We Looking For? You are: Extremely driven, self-motivated, and responsible Social, likeable, and enjoy building relationships Proactive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit Thorough and easily follow instructions Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors Practical-minded and solutions-oriented – it needs to work! Not afraid to work hard and have fun at the same time! We especially welcome applications from those who have recently completed, or will soon complete, training such as: Landscape Gardener Garden Installer The number of years of experience matters less; what's more important is that you have the right drive, energy, and willingness to learn more.
