Food Safety Inspector for Ekerö!

Are you an experienced food safety inspector who enjoys working independently and wants to contribute your expertise this fall? About the Assignment We are seeking a consultant for a four-month assignment in the Ekerö municipality area where you will conduct planned food safety inspections, follow up on deviations, and be responsible for associated documentation and decisions. This is an assignment for someone with strong knowledge of food safety legislation, experience in inspection work, and familiarity with Ecos. The assignment comprises approximately 160 hours total and can be distributed during the period 2026-09-01 through 2026-12-31. Your Responsibilities Conduct planned food safety inspections of food establishments on-site in Ekerö municipality. Write follow-up inspection reports with or without noted deviations. Write fee decisions and create billing documentation for time spent. Conduct appropriate follow-up on any deviations noted during planned food safety inspections. Your Qualifications Experience with similar food safety inspection assignments. Ability to work in the environmental committee's case management system Ecos. Strong knowledge of food safety legislation.
