We manufacture everything from falukorv and grilling sausage to sandwich meats – always with a focus on quality, taste, and genuine craftsmanship. Business is good and our operations continue to grow. We've experienced an increase in demand, and at the same time, one of our colleagues is moving on to new challenges. That's why we're now looking for a new team member for a permanent position in our production and packaging department in Boden. And we have reason to be proud – at the latest Chark Championship, we became Swedish champions in Falukorv! We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the team, learn our operations, and develop together with us. Who are you? Above all, we're looking for the right person. You are positive, engaged, and enjoy working together with others. The pace can sometimes be fast and the work is physical, so you need to be comfortable being active throughout the workday. To fit with us, we see that you: ✅ Are a morning person and ready to tackle the day with energy ✅ Are in good physical condition, as the job can be physically demanding ✅ Are at least 18 years old ✅ Understand and can communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written ✅ Are thorough, responsible, and stress-resilient ✅ Enjoy collaborating, but can also work independently If you have previous experience from food production, charcuterie, or similar work, that's a plus, but absolutely not required. For us, your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.
