As a live agent at Fortnox, you'll support business owners and accounting firms in their daily work. You handle incoming requests via phone, chat, and email and help customers with questions related to supplier invoices, approval workflows, and payments. During your first time in the role, the focus will mainly be on phone support so you can get a confident start and properly learn the systems. After that, you'll gradually work across more channels and handle more complex cases. You'll work with, among other things: Support via phone, chat, and email Questions related to accounts payable and payment flows Guiding customers through Fortnox's various functions and services Administrative tasks related to customer cases Creating a positive customer experience in every interaction You'll be part of an engaged team with close collaboration and a strong focus on development, quality, and customer service. The role suits you if you enjoy customer contact and are motivated by solving problems and helping others. This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process but you'll be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time starting August 24 and working hours are during office hours. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with frequent customer contact. You have a calm and professional manner and enjoy working both independently and with others. You're open to change and have the ability to quickly adapt to new ways of working and conditions. To succeed in the role, we'd like to see that you have: Experience in service, customer support, retail, sales, or other service work Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good computer skills and a natural ability to quickly learn new systems Interest in finance and entrepreneurship It's a plus if you have: Experience with customer contact via phone Economics education at secondary or university level Previous experience with support work Great weight will be placed on personal suitability where engagement, service mindset, and the desire to develop are highly valued.
