About the Role As a Live Agent at Fortnox, you help customers optimize their business through bureau products, giving them a smoother day-to-day experience. Fortnox's bureau offering includes programs such as Closing & Tax, Fortnox Group, and Report & Analysis. Through phone, chat, and email, you guide customers on various questions and help them with different matters. Fortnox offers a structured introduction where you initially work with phone support to build knowledge and confidence in the role. After that, your area of responsibility gradually expands to more contact channels and more advanced customer cases. You will work with, among other things: Support via phone, chat, and email Guiding customers through Fortnox's various functions and services, where some upselling occurs Administrative tasks related to customer cases Creating a positive customer experience in every interaction You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, development, and high-quality customer service are central. The role suits you if you are driven by customer contact and enjoy solving problems and making a difference for others. The position is full-time starting September 1st, and working hours are office hours. This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by Fortnox. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is curious, goal-oriented, and appreciates a day with lots of customer contact. You have a confident and professional demeanor and thrive working both independently and with others. In addition to this, you have very good problem-solving skills. For success in the role, we'd like you to have: Economic education at university level, preferably in business administration Experience in service work and/or accounting-related work Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Interest in accounting and good knowledge of bookkeeping terminology Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where commitment, service mindset, and the desire to develop are highly valued.
