Lindholmen Technical has close cooperation with Tech College and the Industrial Program is Tech College certified. Responsibilities At Lindholmen Technical High School Unit 5, we combine vocational education in industrial technology at the high school level with adult education. We are now seeking a thoughtful and action-oriented principal to lead our school unit with approximately 100 high school students and 100 adult students, as well as 25 employees. You do not need to be an expert in industrial technology from the start, but you have a genuine interest in the field, strong pedagogical leadership, and a desire to develop the school together with us. As principal, you have overall pedagogical responsibility as well as personnel and results responsibility for the school unit. You will be part of the school's and gymnasium area's management groups, report to the Director of Education, and work closely with other principal colleagues to advance all of Lindholmen Technical High School. You also participate in Studium's management groups where principals and management for adult education within the administration are represented. Your role includes: Leading, planning, and evaluating systematic quality work based on the education committee's mission and vision. Taking responsibility for and following both the gymnasium regulations and adult education regulations. Driving strategic and long-term business development and developing new educational concepts. Establishing and deepening collaboration with the business sector, industry, and clients. Qualifications You are a structured and confident leader who applies trust-based leadership. You motivate your employees through clear goals, good collaboration, and delegation. As a person, you are engaged, responsive, and have the courage to think innovatively when needed. You have: Relevant pedagogical higher education and completed principal training. Experience working in a leading position in high school and/or adult vocational education programs. It is an asset if you have experience with industrial education and industry collaboration. Documented experience in establishing good relationships with employees and the business community. Good IT skills and very strong ability to express yourself in spoken and written language. We Welcome Your Application! Other Information Interviews will be conducted as follows.
