About the operations: Lindholmen Preschool is part of the Kårsta Lindholmen principal's area, which also consists of Gustav Vasa School, Kårsta School, and Kårsta Preschool. Lindholmen Preschool has approximately 110 children, divided into two buildings, Buketten and Eken. The preschool is located in Lindholmen, north of Vallentuna center. In a stimulating environment, well-educated staff work with a focus on children's influence and participation in education based on the Lpfö 18 curriculum. Job responsibilities: As a childcare worker, you are an important part of children's education. In collaboration with colleagues, you work to drive and develop pedagogical work with the curriculum as a guide. You are responsible for ensuring that children receive good care and are given the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. At our preschool, play and joy play a significant role in teaching and education, together with the children. Your responsibilities also include actively participating in reflection meetings with colleagues, staff meetings, and meetings with guardians. Qualifications: You are a trained childcare worker. You have knowledge of how digitalization contributes to preschool development and understanding of the ongoing change work that digitalization entails. You have a command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Personal qualities: You work toward results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work. You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information. You develop, improve, seek solutions, learning, and knowledge on your own initiative. You are the link, provide service, show loyalty internally and externally, and monitor the broader environment. Common values are evident in your interactions. You have a view of children that aligns with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and have the child in focus. You are goal-oriented and clear, and work to maintain good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
