About Us
Lindgården is a conference facility and parish hall in Västanfors Västanvåla Parish, Swedish Church in Fagersta. Our kitchen staff serves both our own parish activities and conference guests, private individuals, associations, and businesses. Our popular lunch service is open on weekdays. We also serve festive dinners by reservation. We are a cheerful team in the kitchen who value good atmosphere and strong collaboration as much as excellent food and service.
We are looking for someone who is trained and experienced in the restaurant industry — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has genuine customer focus, and enjoys making the guest experience extra pleasant.
About the Role
You will work broadly in our operations with:
• Cash register
• Serving
• Cold kitchen
• Ongoing customer contact and service
We Are Looking for Someone Who
• Has training and/or experience from restaurants
• Is service-oriented with strong customer focus
• Is flexible and comfortable with varying working hours
• Has good Swedish, spoken and written
About the Position
• Full-time
• Some evenings and weekends may be required
• Start: 7/9 or by agreement
