Krimuldas vidusskola (registration No. 4313901119) invites applications for a RECORDS MANAGER position on an indefinite contract. Requirements for candidates: - Proficiency in the State language at the highest level (C level); - Understanding and knowledge of document preparation, formatting, registration, and storage requirements; - Knowledge of labor relations regulatory acts; - Excellent skills in working with office equipment; - Experience working with DVS Namejs, Visma Horizon, and Visma HoP; - Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Key responsibilities: - Prepare, format, and register school documents (administrative, orders, correspondence, personnel, etc.) in accordance with regulatory requirements; - Develop, register, and manage institutional orders, decisions, and correspondence in the Namejs document management system; - Prepare and enter personnel data in Visma Horizon and Visma HoP systems for employment administration and payroll calculation; - Enter and maintain data in education information systems (E-klase, VIIS, etc.); - Organize the school archive and prepare documents for submission to the state archive.
