Records Manager

Jura Neikena Dikļu pamatskola (hereinafter – the School) invites applications for a Records Manager position (0.5 full-time equivalent) on a permanent basis. Work location: Dikļu skola, Dikļi, Dikļu pagasts, Valmieras novads. If you would like to: Ensure proper document circulation at the school in accordance with state regulations and Valmieras novads municipality requirements. Develop, register, and manage institutional orders, decisions, and records in the Namejs document management system. Maintain employee and institutional personnel data, work time records, and financial/personnel documents in the Horizon resource management system. Organize the school archive and prepare documents for archival transfer. and if you have: At least secondary professional or higher education (knowledge in records management, office administration, law, or human resources management is desirable). Practical work experience and skills working with Namejs and Visma Horizon systems (will be considered a significant advantage). Excellent command of the state language (C level). Excellent computer skills (MS Office, email, eParaksts). High sense of responsibility, precision, analytical thinking, and ability to work with confidential information. we offer: Working hours: 0.5 full-time equivalent (20 hours per week). Salary: 526 EUR during probation period, from 552.50 EUR (gross monthly for 0.5 full-time equivalent) after probation. Stable compensation and all social benefits.
