Lexium Service Management is looking for a property technician/property caretaker with experience in the trades. If you are certified and trained in any of these areas, that is a merit. We greatly value if you are certified and trained in any of these areas. The position is based in the Gothenburg area. To succeed in this role, you must have a sense of service and be self-motivated. Seeing and, above all, understanding what needs to be done and when it needs to be done is an important quality in this position. The role also requires you to be flexible and able to plan/prioritize your tasks in a structured manner. Communicating fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement to handle this role. If you are also interested in people, accustomed to working in teams, have high social competence, and are good at juggling multiple tasks, you are essentially the perfect candidate. Your tasks and areas of responsibility: Supervision, rounds, maintenance, and troubleshooting repairs in technical building installations such as electrical, water, ventilation, heating, and minor carpentry Certain outdoor environment maintenance of grass/hard surfaces Independently manage administration/invoicing/supplier invoices Be a contact person for subcontractors and escort them to the work site/task location Develop proposals for preventive measures, maintenance, and energy optimization Qualifications and requirements: Education focused on property technology (alternatively equivalent experience) >3 years of experience as a property caretaker with technical tasks or as a Property Technician Good knowledge of plumbing/appliances/basic electrical work and carpentry Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills, experience using mobile devices as a work tool Driven to perform quality work Driver's license category B Advantage to have training in: Saxlift Facilities Caretaker, Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Systems Hot Work Electrician Plumbing Technician Workplace and hours: These are full-time positions with working hours between 07:00-16:00 on weekdays. Some on-call availability may be required.
