Delivery Manager Market Area Renovation North
Our renovation operations are central to Riksbyggen's offering and help our customers carry out important maintenance and renovation projects – from pipe replacements to solar panels. We are now looking for a delivery manager responsible for Karlstad, Uppsala, Västerås, and Örebro.
Make a Difference With Us
As a delivery manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, results, and employees. You are responsible for planning, leading, and developing the business in terms of sales and project execution with the right quality. You are part of the management team with other delivery managers for the Renovation North market area.
We Are Looking For You
You are a construction engineer or civil engineer with experience from the real estate or contracting industry. You are an experienced, communicative, structured, and results-oriented leader who inspires and engages others. You thrive with change management and collaborate easily with both colleagues and customers.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and have a valid driver's license (category B).

Other Information
Position based in Örebro or Västerås. The position is full-time with some evening work. Start date by agreement.
