Delivery Manager Market Area Renovation North
Our renovation operations are central to Riksbyggen's offering and help our customers implement important maintenance and renovation projects – from pipe replacements to solar panels. We are now seeking a delivery manager responsible for Karlstad, Uppsala, Västerås, and Örebro.
Make a Difference With Us
As a delivery manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, results, and employees. You are responsible for planning, leading, and developing the business regarding sales and project execution with the right quality. You are part of the management team with other delivery managers for the Renovation North market area.
We're Looking for You
You are a building engineer or civil engineer with experience from the real estate or construction industry. You are an experienced, communicative, structured, and results-oriented leader who inspires and engages others. You enjoy change management and collaborate easily with both colleagues and customers.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and hold a valid driver's license (category B).

Other Information
Location in Örebro or Västerås. The position is full-time with some evening shifts. Start date by agreement.
