Delivery Manager, Datacenter & Cloud – Stockholm Take ownership of the Keolis cloud platform and drive the infrastructure forward! Keolis is responsible for public transportation that moves thousands of people every day in Stockholm. Now we are strengthening the Digital Infrastructure team and are looking for a Delivery Manager for Datacenter & Cloud who wants to take a comprehensive grip on our platform and help shape how we work going forward. About the role As Delivery Manager for Datacenter & Cloud, you own the day-to-day work and decisions surrounding our datacenter and cloud platform. You are responsible for stable operations, vendor management, cost optimization, and keeping us at the forefront technically – all while contributing to Keolis' strategic journey toward 2030. The role comes with a clear mandate: you make technical decisions, drive changes, and ensure that the platform aligns with our overall architecture and security strategy. You work closely with the Platform Engineer for DevOps & Cloud, the Solutions Architect, and the rest of the team. It's rarely just your area – it's close collaboration with the business on shared projects, and a role with great opportunity to make your own mark. Your areas of responsibility Ensure stable operations of compute, storage, backup, and networking in the DC as well as IaaS/PaaS services in the cloud Own and manage vendor relationships against SLA/OLA – on average you are responsible for 2–3 partners and consultants Drive IaC (e.g., Bicep/Terraform), policies, and CI/CD workflows together with the Solutions Architect and Platform Engineer Manage platform lifecycles (EOL/EOS) and plan upgrades, consolidations, and migrations Own backup/DR & BCP alignment including restore testing and documented RPO/RTO Cost control and budgeting for DC & Cloud What we're looking for Post-secondary education in IT or another relevant field At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a previous technical background Solid understanding of infrastructure: servers, virtualization, networking, DC, and backup Comfortable working in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) or have a strong interest in learning Experience with ITIL processes or similar frameworks Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have experience with Azure (GCP and AWS also work), DevOps knowledge with GitHub and IaC, as well as experience communicating technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
