Legal Science: Other sub-fields of Legal Science (administrative offense process) Research field: Other sub-fields of Legal Science (administrative offense process) Job duties: Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical classes in accordance with the approved pedagogical workload (study work related to various aspects of police work – administrative offense process). Develop and update study and teaching materials in accordance with the implemented study courses to ensure students' better understanding of the police profession and related issues in the administrative offense process, in accordance with State Police competence (methodological work). Develop teaching methodological materials in accordance with the implemented study courses (methodological work). Conduct research in accordance with the implemented study courses or the designated research field (research work). Participate in the development and updating of educational programs. Perform other tasks related to the implementation of the College's educational programs (for example, coordinate the performance of internship assignments, etc.); Motivate and support students in their professional and personal development. Fulfill duties related to ensuring the study/teaching process at the College, including preparing and submitting the monthly pedagogical workload report, ensuring timely information entry into the College's Education Process Management System and placing and maintaining teaching materials in the College's e-learning environment, in accordance with the requirements of the College's internal regulatory acts. Participate in activities organized by the College. Requirements: Doctoral degree or higher education without a scientific degree, if the candidate has at least five years of practical work experience in the field. Practical work experience is pedagogical work or the candidate's previous professional experience in the field, in accordance with the content of the study courses being taught. Non-formal education and professional qualification necessary for the study course being taught, evidenced by certificates, licenses, professional development completion documents, etc. Scientific publications or published teaching materials corresponding to the field of science within the last six years; Professional continuing education in innovations in higher education or university didactics, or educational work management. Knowledge of State Police employees' competence in the implementation of legal norms, State Police and its structural units' competence, ensuring the response stage of the administrative offense process and conducting investigations in the administrative offense process. Knowledge of the Administrative Offense Support System (APAS), its operating principles, and information entry into this system. Ability to use digital tools to perform job duties. Ability to analyze education development trends at national and international levels. Skills to develop and adapt teaching materials, taking into account students' needs and learning styles and educational program content. Good communication and organizational skills. State language proficiency. Desirable understanding of the police employee education system, organization and implementation of the educational process.
