We don't just care about knowledge, but mainly about your approach. We are looking for someone who can give children confidence, patiently explain material, and create a pleasant learning atmosphere. We are looking for someone who: has completed secondary education with a high school diploma has a positive attitude toward children and adolescents can explain material clearly and motivate students to achieve better results is reliable, responsible, and communicative can work regularly in afternoon hours from Monday to Thursday An advantage is experience with tutoring, leading clubs, or other work with children, but it is not required.
