We're looking for temporary staff Do you have a passion for retail? Are you energized by the challenges of working in a store? Then we're looking for you to join us as temporary staff. The battle for customers happens in the store, and we need you to help us win. It would be fantastic if you'd like to be part of developing Nallens/Leklust with us! We're hiring team members for a limited-term position through the holidays, with the possibility of extension if needed. Our store hours are 10:00 – 20:00 every day of the week, so be prepared to work quite a few evenings and weekends. Your role as a retail sales associate As a retail sales associate, you'll handle all kinds of tasks in the store including cashier work, price labeling, picking items, and inventory restocking. Your responsibilities as a retail sales associate: to always prioritize customer focus and sales as your first priority and to help achieve and exceed the store's sales and profitability goals to work efficiently with cashier operations, merchandising, inventory management, and restocking Your profile Above all, you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with us at Leklust. You enjoy working hard and a positive attitude is a given for you. Additionally, you have: strong teamwork and communication skills ideally some experience in sales, perhaps from a similar business a knack for making others happy About the Company Nallens Stormarknad (Nallens Leksaker) is part of Leklust, one of Sweden's leading toy chains with independent stores.
