Job Responsibilities · Our new team member will receive a broad area of responsibility that encompasses both technical and administrative tasks. The role includes, among other things, business planning, calendar management, and administration related to the CEO's daily work, which requires very good experience and aptitude for expressing yourself verbally and in writing. You report directly to the CEO. · A central responsibility is to maintain, manage, and update the company's quality and environmental management systems ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 respectively, which involves ensuring that processes meet established requirements and that documentation is current and correct. · In addition to the above responsibilities, you will perform various post-calculations and technical inspections. Therefore, it is important that you have strong drive, bring positive energy, and are curious, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented when facing new tasks and challenges. Desirable Experience · In-depth knowledge and experience with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 · Knowledge and experience in performing post-calculations · Experience with Monitor ERP System · Experience with digital marketing and marketing activities Requirements for the Position · Engaged team player with responsibility and attention to detail · High work ethic, energy, and ability to deliver the best possible results · Higher technical and commercial education and experience, or other equivalent education and competence · Category B driver's license · Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written · Good experience and aptitude for formulating and expressing yourself verbally and in writing · Excellent computer skills Additional Information · Start Date: Immediately – as soon as possible · Hours: Full-time · Location: Hjo · Selection: Ongoing Application and Contact Interested and qualified?
