We are an attractive independent Montessori facility that operates a preschool, primary school grades F-6, and an after-school program for approximately 60 children and students in beautiful facilities at Maria Park in Helsingborg. Job Overview Scope: Part-time (approximately 45%) Duration: Permanent Employment Type: Permanent or fixed-term employment About the Position We are now seeking credentialed teachers for grades F-3 to teach Swedish, English, and Social Studies at Montemini Hbg's Montessori School. We offer a smaller community and an operation with close relationships to both colleagues, children/students, and guardians. The operation also maintains close collaboration with the principal's representatives, and together we work based on well-functioning structures and clear guidelines to develop the quality of our program. Processes and decision-making paths are short, and you can quickly see results from decisions made. Job Description Your responsibilities include planning instruction, teaching, and continuously monitoring students' knowledge development, as well as other relevant tasks. Together with your work team, you share collective responsibility for all students' well-being and sense of security throughout the school day. We work based on Maria Montessori's ideas and research on learning, which includes delivering instruction in mixed-age groups. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a credentialed teacher for grades F-3 or grades 1-6. You feel confident in your professional role and have good knowledge of current curriculum documents. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and have a thorough understanding of the entire teaching process, from planning and implementation to follow-up, assessment, and grading. Montessori training or experience with Montessori pedagogy is a merit.
