Nursing Assistant for LARO Treatment Services We are now seeking a committed and confident nursing assistant for our LARO treatment services. With us, you will get varied, patient-focused work where you become an important part of the team supporting patient treatment and follow-up. About the Position As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with basic tasks within LARO treatment. An important part of the role is substance screening and patient follow-up, but the work also includes various care and sample collection-related tasks. You will have close contact with our patients and work in collaboration with other professionals in the operation to contribute to safe and well-functioning treatment. Work Responsibilities Your work responsibilities will include: Substance screening and patient follow-up Basic tasks within LARO treatment Sample collection and blood tests Wound dressing and basic wound care ECG and blood pressure checks Patient-focused work and ongoing contact with patients Documentation according to current procedures Collaboration with other professionals within the operation Work responsibilities are carried out based on your competence and current procedures. We are Looking for You We are looking for someone who is trained and licensed as a nursing assistant. Experience working in addiction care, psychiatry, LARO services, or other relevant healthcare services, such as sample collection, is an asset. To thrive in this role, we believe you are confident, take responsibility, and have a professional and respectful approach. You have a good ability to meet people in different situations and can work both independently and together with others. We place great importance on personal suitability and your interest in this patient group. About Working Hours and Workplace The operation is open every day of the week during daytime hours. The position therefore involves scheduled weekend work. Currently, this comprises 6 weekends out of 12. Weekly working hours and other terms according to the applicable collective agreement. The work location can be Lund, Landskrona, or Kävlinge, and work may occur at all locations based on the operation's needs. We always apply a 6-month probationary period and request an extract from the criminal record register.
