Our Offering Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Finspång Health Center, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and on-call centers for evenings and weekends, and a General Medicine Training Center. You will also find information about regulations regarding salary and compensation. Job Description We offer varied and stimulating work with telephone consultation and clinic work. You also have the opportunity to manage your own clinic within a specialty area in which you have advanced training, or we can offer competency development within one of our specialist areas. We are approximately 27 employees at the health center who work well together in an open work environment. The health center has a physician's clinic, specialist nurse clinics, nursing clinic, child health care, psychosocial support, foot care, and a laboratory. About You You are a licensed nurse and/or have advanced training as a district nurse. If you have an interest in working with elderly patients and are considering managing your own specialist clinic for elderly care, that is an advantage, though not a requirement for the position. It is a merit if you have experience working in primary care. You have good initiative and the ability to make your own decisions. You work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You communicate clearly. You are confident and stable, and you have well-founded and clear values that guide your actions. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently and take responsibility for your tasks. You also adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change. We place great importance on personal suitability.
