WORK TASKS As a nurse at Landskrona Omsorg AB, you work flexibly and independently to ensure good and safe care. The role involves quickly adapting to different work environments, collaborating with different teams, and contributing with a professional and person-centered approach. Through your broad competence, you are an important part of maintaining quality, continuity, and patient safety in our operations. The Resource Unit is a unit that performs assignments and services in accordance with applicable legislation within the Health and Medical Care Act, the Social Services Act, and the Act on Support and Services for Certain People with Disabilities. Within the Resource Unit, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and nursing assistants work together. As a nurse focused on the reception team and short-term care, you work in a multiprofessional manner. You have an important role and participate in collaboration with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, benefit advisors, and the unit manager. You work to give patients the opportunity for recovery, training, and rehabilitation after a hospital stay. The work takes place in short-term care or directly in the patient's home environment for a period of approximately 2-3 weeks. You will have varied work where each day can look different. Work tasks include, among other things: • Conduct nursing assessments and plan, implement, and follow up care interventions based on the patient's needs. • Medication management including administration, delegation, and follow-up according to applicable procedures. • Perform medical tasks such as specimen collection, wound care, vital signs, and other clinical assessments. • Document in electronic health records and ensure that all information complies with legal requirements and organizational guidelines. • Collaborate with multiprofessional teams and contribute to safe and structured care for patients. • Support patients and relatives through information, advice, and professional care in various care situations. • Hospital discharges from the region Our Offer: With us, you get a role where your expertise is valued and where you have the opportunity to develop as the operation's needs evolve. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a structured and goal-oriented nurse who plans your work well and ensures that what you start is also completed. Requirements for the position: • Licensed Nurse • Driver's License (Category B) • Good computer skills and ability to handle modern technology Merits: • Experience in municipal primary care/home nursing • Experience with the Lifecare journal system and the planning tools Mina planer and Pascal. • Work experience in the nursing profession For employment at Landskrona Omsorg, you must provide an extract from the criminal record register in an unopened envelope.
