Description We are seeking licensed nurses for home healthcare in ordinary residential settings within Värnamo Municipality. Job Responsibilities Your work involves responsibility for health and nursing care services in municipal healthcare. You will be responsible for both planned and acute health and nursing interventions for patients of all ages, both younger and older. As a nurse, you make independent medical assessments, provide treatments, and carry out procedures. Since patients' care needs vary, your tasks range from common interventions such as medication management, blood sampling, and wound care to more advanced procedures including dialysis, infusions, and management of tracheostomy, central venous catheters/port systems, and drainage. You will have access to specialist expertise in areas such as palliative advanced care, wound care nursing, and psychiatric coordination. We also have access to a methodology center where certain training programs are conducted. You can also refresh your knowledge there.
