WORK TASKS Health and Healthcare now has several exciting assignments for you who are a nurse with at least one year of experience. * Home Healthcare in Regular Housing Work where clinical expertise is combined with independence and personal meetings. If you have experience with independent work and enjoy making your own decisions, prioritizing and seeing the whole picture around the patient, you are probably the one we are looking for. In the role you are responsible for medical assessments, treatments and follow-ups in the patient's home environment, in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. * Special Housing in Rural Areas Working as a nurse in special housing means an independent and meaningful assignment where you make a real difference in elderly people's daily lives. The role combines medical responsibility with close, continuous and person-centered care work. You get the opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents, follow their health development and be a central source of security in their lives. As a nurse in special housing you get to use all your expertise both clinically and in the form of educational support to colleagues. The role suits you who appreciate variety, responsibility, teamwork and working in a structured way with routines and quality work. It is a job where you see every day the significance your work has. * LSS/Social Psychiatry We are now looking for a committed and confident nurse who wants to work within LSS/Social Psychiatry, a role where you combine your medical expertise with a genuine interest in people. With us you work close to the patient with focus on participation, independence and quality of life. As a nurse with us you have a central role in health-promoting and rehabilitative work. You are responsible for medical assessments and follow-ups and guide care personnel in daily work. The work takes place in close collaboration with patients, relatives and other professionals. * On-Call Service As a nurse in on-call service you get a dynamic and independent role where each shift can look different. You go out on acute home visits, to special housing, within LSS and social psychiatry, make medical assessments and make quick decisions that create security in situations where care needs arise here and now. The work also includes planned visits in regular housing, in special housing and within LSS and social psychiatry. The work requires clinical skills, good judgment and the ability to prioritize. QUALIFICATIONS Registered nurse with at least one year of professional experience B-class driving license Employment form: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: According to agreement.
