We are looking for you with a genuine interest in adult education, pedagogy, and development The assignment involves working remotely as a teacher via our itslearning platform. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and systematically ensuring quality and developing distance teaching based on our governing documents. You work with assessment, grading, and documentation, and mentor students based on individual needs and established study plans. You encourage students to participate, be creative, and show personal care. As a person, you are flexible, creative, responsible, and organized. You enjoy collaboration and value good relationships with students and colleagues. Your Profile Certified/qualified teacher (REQUIRED) Qualification to teach in one of the subjects programming and/or biology Experience and strong personal commitment to learning and adult education specifically Good computer skills, experience in adult education, distance teaching, digitalization, and teaching students with a native language other than Swedish are merits Additional Information The position is a temporary employment on an hourly basis, approximately 2-8 hours per week on-site, but the possibility of extended hours remotely is available.
