JOB DUTIES As a teacher with us, you have an important role in strengthening students' learning and goal achievement. The assignment includes classroom teaching, where through clear structure, good pedagogy, and secure leadership in the learning environment, you contribute to making a real difference for the students. You are responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating instruction within the scope of your assignment. Teaching is varied, research-based, and rests on proven experience. You work in line with the school's approach and lesson model, where each lesson has a clear purpose, distinct goals, and a well-thought-out structure. Documentation of instruction occurs continuously in the learning platform SchoolSoft. The role involves independent responsibility combined with strong collegial support and excellent collaboration skills. You become part of an engaged and competent work team where collaboration, shared responsibility, and professional experience exchange are a natural part of everyday work. Together you create conditions for safety, study peace, and an inclusive learning environment. You build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians through positive, clear, and constructive communication. You are driven to support both students' knowledge development and their social development. QUALIFICATIONS To work as a teacher with us, you must have teacher certification with authorization for primary school. You also have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you stand for good ethics and sound values that align with the school's value foundation. You have a good view of students and a reflective approach where you take responsibility for your own practice. You continuously develop your teaching based on students' needs. You consciously work for instruction that meets students' different needs and gives each student good conditions to develop as far as possible. You have a well-developed ability to create and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally. You collaborate effectively with colleagues and other functions. You contribute to a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented work climate. You enjoy a dynamic work environment and have the ability to act calmly, in a structured manner, and professionally even in pressured situations. You have a constructive approach to challenges. You are receptive to feedback and use it as a natural part of your continuous development in the role. We would like to see that you have previous experience working with children in school.
