Job Description As a general medicine specialist at Läkarhuset in Karlshamn, you are offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. It is a varied day, with both scheduled and acute visits as well as home visits and close collaboration with home care services. You are responsible for providing our patients with the best care, with safety, excellent service, and high competence. You work from your own patient list and therefore have the opportunity to genuinely follow your patients over time. You will also be medical support for other professionals at the health center. We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in general medicine and have previous experience working in primary care. You have Swedish medical licensure and Swedish language skills equivalent to level Swedish C1. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We have many elderly in our patient base and it is therefore important that you are clear in your communication. You have a valid B driver's license. As a person, you are confident in yourself, have good teamwork skills with the rest of the team, are efficient and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs and your manner is professional and humble.
