We support you and offer development throughout your professional career. About Us Närhälsan Hjällbo health center is a well-established unit with over 11,000 registered patients. The population is young, often with families, and comes from around the world. Our child health center and Family Center are located one floor up from the health center, and collaboration is excellent. You will join a positive workplace with engaged staff who work toward continuous improvements. Based on the patient population's needs, the unit works in teams and uses a multiprofessional approach. The health center has all the other competencies that a health center should have, such as nursing clinics and a psychosocial team. We also have a dietitian, physiotherapist, and rehabilitation coordinator on staff. You work independently and alternately with clinic work. Supervision is provided by an experienced specialist who supports you and facilitates knowledge exchange. We offer you varied work with good development opportunities. If you are interested in free and varied work focused on the patient where your and your colleagues' work environment is in focus, this position is for you. About You You are a licensed physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare and have an interest in primary care and completing specialty training (ST) in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. We are looking for someone who is attentive and has good interpersonal skills, as you will meet many different patients at the health center. You enjoy teamwork and it is self-evident to you to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work. The position is a 4-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension and ST-training. For those who trained as physicians abroad and did not complete AT (foundation training) in Sweden to obtain a physician license, you are covered by the new regulations regarding Basic Service (BT) from July 1, 2021. Basic Service for Physicians (BT) is a mandatory introductory part of specialty training under the new ST-2021 regulation (HSLF-FS 2021:8).
