You have the opportunity here, as a physiotherapist you work both in special housing, ordinary housing, and within LSS/psychiatry services. The Rehabilitation Team consists of 2 Physiotherapists, 3 Occupational Therapists, and 2 Rehabilitation Assistants. Job Responsibilities As a physiotherapist with us in Perstorp, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible. You have overall rehabilitation responsibility together with the occupational therapist. You perform assessments, training, evaluation and follow-up, as well as prescription and monitoring of technical aids based on the physiotherapist's prescribing authority. Your work also includes informing, instructing, and guiding staff, patients, and family members regarding rehabilitative and preventive measures. Close collaboration occurs with other professions, teamwork, and work with hospital discharges and planning based on "My Plans" when patients are being discharged from inpatient care. Weekend work may occur on certain weekends and holidays, involving monitoring of patients admitted to the hospital who may be discharged over the weekend. Documentation is done in the Lifecare management system. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in this field. For this position, you need the ability to independently plan and organize your work, but also to collaborate well with other functions both internally and externally. You need to be flexible as tasks can vary. We want you to have a genuine interest and commitment to working with people, you enjoy and are stimulated by challenges, and you place great emphasis on good conduct.
