We are now seeking a physical therapist for our Medical Unit in Åsele Municipality. With us, you will work in an interdisciplinary environment where you collaborate with municipal home healthcare, rehabilitation, and elder care. We are now seeking an engaged and licensed physical therapist for our operations, and we hope you will join us and become part of the team. Job Duties As a physical therapist with us, you work with assessing, planning, and implementing interventions that promote individuals' ability to manage daily life. You collaborate closely with other professionals and have a holistic perspective on individuals' needs. Your work includes conducting assessments of patients' functional and mobility abilities and subsequently providing suggestions and instructions for transfers and exercise programs. Writing certificates, prescribing assistive devices, and training staff are common job duties. Your job duties include documentation and follow-up within the physical therapist's professional scope. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed physical therapist. Has good collaboration skills and a solution-focused work approach. Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility. Has a driver's license (category B). Experience from municipal activities or home healthcare is meritorious, but we also welcome those new to the profession! Scope This is a temporary full-time position for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. We offer flexible working hours. The position starts by mutual agreement.
