We are now seeking a licensed preschool teacher who, together with us, wants to develop instruction in line with our preschool's mission. Job Responsibilities At Näckrosvägens Preschool, we work to ensure that each child develops to their full potential based on their individual abilities. Our educational approach is based on children's experiences, interests, and needs, and we maintain a practice rooted in democratic values, children's participation, and conscious pedagogical leadership. As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for: planning, implementing, following up on, and developing instruction together with the team contributing to systematic quality work at the preschool creating an educational environment that is safe, fun, and engaging for all children actively working with the preschool's core values and children's rights collaborating with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other professionals You will lead the pedagogical work within the team and are responsible for ensuring that instruction is carried out in accordance with the preschool's governing documents. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: is a licensed preschool teacher with a professional approach and a clear child-centered focus. You are curious, reflective, and interested in developing instruction together with colleagues. You have the ability to build trusting relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues, and you contribute to a positive work environment and collaborative learning. Terms Other Information We place great importance on personal suitability. Before employment, a criminal record check must be presented. We conduct continuous selection and interviews. The position may be filled before the final application deadline. Questions about the position will be answered from August 10 onwards when the principal returns to duty.
