Licensed Veterinary Technician with Anesthesia Expertise for Dental Department

We are seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician with anesthesia expertise for the dental department at Årstakliniken Årstakliniken, a personal clinic with great heart and commitment to both employees and patients, is looking for an engaged colleague for the dental department. Based in Årsta, near Globen and Gullmarsplan, Årstakliniken provides scheduled veterinary care for dogs and cats during weekdays. About the Role Årstakliniken needs to expand its fantastic team of licensed veterinary technicians with one more great colleague who has expertise in anesthesia and dental care. The role focuses primarily on the dental surgery department, but you will also have the opportunity to rotate between soft tissue surgery and the clinic floor for variety and breadth in your daily work. Responsibilities: - Perform dental treatments together with the veterinarian and manage anesthesia during dental surgery - Independently perform tartar removal including dental radiography - Work with colleagues to manage perioperative care of our surgical patients - Alternate work on the dental department with shifts in soft tissue surgery and the clinic floor The position is a permanent full-time employment (minimum 80%). Årstakliniken is based in Årsta, near Linde station, walking distance to Globen and buses to Gullmarsplan. The role reports to clinic manager Charlotte. Who are we looking for?
