We are a primary care rehabilitation provider that conducts home visits, clinic visits, group sessions, and digital visits. With us, you will meet patients of all ages and work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and a dietitian - together we create the conditions for better health and improved quality of life. As an occupational therapist with us, you will assess and map patients' ability to manage daily activities and their need for support or assistive devices. During home visits, you typically travel with a colleague, but sometimes home visits are conducted independently depending on the situation and the patient's needs.
