We are now recruiting an occupational therapist to join our great team at Rehab Active Life! We are a primary care rehabilitation center that provides home visits, clinic appointments, group sessions, and digital consultations. With us, you will meet patients of all ages and work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and a dietitian - together we create conditions for better health and improved quality of life. As an occupational therapist with us, you will assess and map patients' daily functioning abilities and their need for support or assistive devices. During home visits, you typically travel with a colleague, but sometimes home visits are conducted independently depending on the situation and the patient's needs.
