We are a well-functioning primary health center located in central Ystad with 14,000 registered patients. Here there are excellent communication options by both car and public transportation. At the health center, approximately 60 employees offer complete primary care where nurses, district nurses, physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, medical secretaries, and psychotherapists collaborate with patients at the center. The health center also has a number of training positions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an associate physician, you will perform common tasks at a primary health center such as scheduled consultations for chronically ill patients whom you follow over time while also being part of our acute team where we daily receive acute general medical conditions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Previous experience working at a primary health center is a major advantage for this position, as is experience with the PMO medical record system. We would like you to be a communicative person who values good interaction with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You have good teamwork ability while enjoying working independently and are confident in your professional role. Working with people also requires high standards of flexibility, responsibility, and being solution-focused. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. The salary range for this position is 54,000 - 55,500 kronor and the individual salary is determined based on experience, competence, and qualifications.
