As we make changes to our organization, we now need 2 nurses for our healthcare team.
Here you'll have the opportunity to work close to patients and truly impact their care and quality of life. You and your colleagues will play a key role in developing and improving our operations, with a focus on implementing good and personalized care.
These positions offer variety in work during both daytime and evenings, including every fourth weekend, where you'll have the chance to independently manage the entire municipality during certain shifts. This gives you both responsibility and freedom in your work.
We're looking for nurses who ideally have experience in municipal healthcare, enjoy challenges, and want to work with change initiatives.

Responsibilities
You'll be part of a specific area in the municipality where you're responsible for approximately 25 patients. Your tasks include assessing and meeting individual care needs, leading healthcare interventions, and handling medications. You'll work closely with your colleagues and other professionals on the team, giving you a broad and stimulating workday. You'll also have an important role in mentoring and supporting staff members on medical matters, and contribute to workforce development by participating in staff training.
Qualifications
We're looking for you to be a registered nurse with ideally some experience in municipal healthcare. You work well both independently and as part of a team, are organized but flexible, and have the ability to prioritize even in hectic situations. You're confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in working with people, where your empathetic ability and engagement will make a real difference.
