JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a nurse for our team with placement in the pool. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are included in the position. Weekly working hours 38.25 hours/week. The Health and Care team is a highly competent team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and an administrator. Together, we are responsible for municipal health and care services. We use a national care plan for palliative care, which ensures quality in palliative care. Digital measurement technology is used for incontinence assessments and medications are signed digitally. In your role as a nurse, you are responsible for assessment, planning, and implementation of specific nursing interventions. You mentor, educate, and delegate health and care tasks to nursing staff. You contribute to the development and quality assurance of the operations. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed Nurse Driver's License Category B Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing You have the ability to make quick and clear decisions, both independently and together with others. You also have good initiative. You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and reward others' contributions. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities. Employment Type: Permanent position.
