Together with the health center's management, you are responsible for developing and advancing the operations.
It is advantageous if you take your own initiatives in your work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving abilities, and can effectively prioritize your work tasks. Your work at the health center spans a broad field of activities and includes general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, in person at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, which means you can make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you as a nurse, together with the doctor and other professionals, evaluate patients.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork and it is self-evident for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You communicate well both orally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and clinic visits. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development.
